Story Contracting’s Construction division was contracted to develop a £11m opacification plant for Innovia Security in Wigton, Cumbria.
Maybrook Properties Limited
The project consisted of the design and construction of a new 4,000 metre squared warehouse extension for London based property developer, Maybrook Properties, at the Pirelli Tyres factory site in Carlisle, following the successful construction of the existing 16,000 metres squared Pirelli Tyre warehouse by Story Contracting.
Network Rail
Appleby Station sits on the picturesque Settle-Carlisle Line. The Victorian bridge, carrying both station platforms, was life expired and needed reconstructing. Story Contracting undertook a 54hr core possession over Christmas 2013.
