Story graduates develop knowledge with secondment

Good luck to Kimberley, our Graduate Engineer, who is spending 6 months with Mott MacDonald on secondment as part of her graduate programme.

Kimberley said, “This is a fantastic opportunity for my career development. In the next role of my programme as Project Agent, this placement will be really beneficial to understand how designers work and their processes.”

Kimberley is looking to further develop her own technical knowledge which will help her to achieve chartered engineer status.
