Story Contracting shortlisted in 2022 Inspiring Change Awards

Story Contracting is proud to have been shortlisted for the Inspiring Change Awards 2022 for its efforts to break down the barriers around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion through the “Every Story” approach.
The national awards highlight and reward organisations within the construction and infrastructure industry for creating more inclusive workplace cultures.
Helen Jameson, Group People Director explained the Every Story approach, “The concept is simple – we all have our own Story – like any family, we are all different and the differences between us is what makes us special.”
She continues to say, “We recognise that any team is better when it is made up of people from different backgrounds, with different perspectives and experiences. We recognise our responsibilities as an employer to break down barriers in society and make Story a great place to work for everyone.”
