Story’s Plant Division expands it’s fleet of vehicles

After recently investing in both plant machinery and new vans, we have now taken delivery of some new tractor units expanding our fleet of vehicles even further.

As well as being both reliable and fuel efficient these new tractor units have a “Scania Communicator” installed which is a monitoring package that provides valuable insights into vehicle performance and driver behaviour. The information is communicated wirelessly from each vehicle’s telematics unit and forms a regular email report. Analysis of the data provides useful intelligence and identifies fleet issues and resolutions.
