Double NSAR gold for Story Training Centre

Story Contracting’s Training Centre has recently received Gold accreditation for compliance following a successful NSAR audit, in addition to the team’s existing Gold accreditation for their state-of-the-art training facilities.
The achievement marks the first time the team have attained the Gold accreditation for compliance across their full range of rail and plant training courses and assessments.
John Burns, Technical Training Manager said: “This is a huge achievement for the Training Centre team and reaffirms the standard of work produced on a daily basis. I would like to thank all involved, from the team in the office making sure everything runs smoothly, to the trainer/assessors working up and down the country to ensure we meet the needs of our clients. It is great to see the hard work and commitment of the team being recognised by NSAR.”
The Story Training team are able to deliver courses and carry out assessments across the UK for a host of rail and plant competencies, with their Carlisle facility boasting a purpose-built test track complete with points, gradient, track cant, OLE, RRAP and a level crossing.
