Joining #TeamStory as an apprentice means you’ll gain on-the-job experience while working towards a Level 2/3 qualification.
Be a part of the future Story
Our apprenticeship programmes give you the chance to play a part in delivering the projects that shape our communities from day one. You’ll gain first‑hand insight into how our business operates and contribute directly to the successful delivery of real life projects.
As a Story Apprentice, you’ll learn on the job alongside experienced professionals while completing your Level 2 or Level 3 qualification at with one of our selected education providers. You’ll earn while you learn, build technical confidence, and become a valued member of #TeamStory.
Throughout your programme, you’ll be supported by our dedicated Learning & Development team, helping you set goals, develop your skills and build a strong foundation for your future. You’ll also gain access to a network of apprentices across the business, giving you the opportunity to share experiences and grow together.
What we're looking for
We’re looking for people who are enthusiastic, hardworking and ready to live our values. If you hold Level 2 Maths and English (GCSE grade 4 or above, or equivalent) and want to begin your career with a company that truly invests in its people, we want to hear from you.
Our apprenticeships aren’t just for school or college leavers, so if you’re looking to move into a new discipline, an apprenticeship with Story could be the perfect role to get you started in your new career.
